KnackCity Terms & Conditions

Welcome to KnackCity. These Terms govern your access and use of the KnackCity mobile application ("App"). By using KnackCity, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You are responsible for all account activity.

3. Your Content

Users may upload:

  • Photos (job images)
  • Job details (title, description, Google Maps location, time, rate, radius)
  • Posts
  • Profile info
  • Chat messages

You agree NOT to upload:

  • Illegal or harmful content
  • Offensive or abusive material
  • Misleading or false information
  • Fake or manipulated images

KnackCity may remove content that violates these policies.

4. Job Creation & Google Maps

Jobs may include Google Maps locations you select manually.
KnackCity does NOT track your personal GPS.
You are responsible for providing accurate job details.

5. Camera & Photos

Camera access is required to capture images. Uploading inappropriate content is prohibited.

6. Chat Feature

  • You may chat with other users.
  • You are responsible for the messages you send.
  • Harassment or illegal communication is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Break any laws
  • Harass or harm users
  • Hack or disrupt the platform
  • Upload harmful or deceptive content
  • Impersonate someone

8. Push Notifications

KnackCity may send notifications for:

  • Job postings
  • Offers
  • Job updates
  • Messages

9. Third-Party Services

KnackCity uses:

  • Google Maps (job location)
  • Firebase (notifications)
  • Branch IO (sharing)

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not responsible for:

  • User-generated content
  • Misuse of the app
  • Loss of data

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Major changes will be notified via the app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country].
